Microdiscectomy
The lumbar microdiscectomy is the standard technique for the surgical treatment of symptomatic disc herniations. The intervention must be carried out after at least 2 months of conservative treatment in patients with painful symptoms and as soon as possible in patients with deficiency of inferior limbs strength.
